Shea Ross is a certified project manager, interior designer and special event producer. She lives in San Francisco, California with her husband and three four legged friends. An avid traveler, Shea has been to 20+ countries and 40+ US states. She is passionate about design, architecture, fashion, art, hospitality, luxury hotels, culinary experiences, and all things language & culture.

Project Management Professional (PMP) is the world's leading project management certification, and is an internationally recognized professional designation offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

With this, Shea holds subject matter expertise in strategic planning and in managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk, procurement & stakeholders.

Shea is Senior Designer for Dimitra Anderson Home, a residential design firm in San Francisco’s South Bay. A design chameleon, Shea is able to quickly understand and implement clients’ unique visions, successfully designing for a breadth of styles. In addition to designing, Shea sets and oversees project company operating procedures and manages all marketing and business development activity.

Shea studied/(s) Interior Design & Architecture at UC Berkeley Extension where she maintains a 4.0 GPA. Completed design coursework includes Fundamentals of Interior Design, Design Principles & Elements, Color Theory & its Application in Interiors, Design Comm. I (Drafting), Design Comm. II & III (Perspective Drawing), AutoCAD, Revit, Digital Presentation Techniques (SketchUp + Adobe Design Suite), and Kitchen & Bath Design.

In previous she spent 10+ years designing and producing special events both nationally and internationally, with a primary focus on food and wine.

An event planner with over 10 years of progressive experience planning flawlessly executed programs, Shea has produced events both globally and in every major US market, including:

  • Nationwide food & beverage events: multi-city tours & multi-day festivals for both trade and consumers

  • Technology conferences & events: Nice, France, Las Vegas & San Francisco

  • Corporate, Social & Non-profit events in numerous capacities: at an experiential agency, a third-party planning agency & a full-service venue

Wine & Spirits

Shea is a certified wine & spirits professional, holding a WSET Level 2 Award in Wines and having passed with distinction (honors). With this Shea holds knowledge in tasting, styles, quality, varietals, regionality, labeling, winemaking, maturation, storage & service principles, and food & wine pairing.

Shea has produced numerous wine & spirits events including nationwide food and beverage festivals and tours: Wine Australia’s Far From Ordinary Roadshow [New York, Chicago, Miami, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco], Sugar Land Wine & Food Affair [Houston], Atlanta Food & Wine Festival, Wine Riot [New York, Chicago, Boston], Whisky Extravaganza [New York, DC, Boston, Chicago, Ft. Lauderdale, Houston, Dallas, Denver, Los Angeles & Seattle] and the Charlotte Wine & Food Affair.

Shea has traveled to some of the world’s best winemaking regions: Rioja in Spain, the Douro Valley & Alentejo in Portugal, the Yarra Valley & Mornington Peninsula in Australia, and Northern California’s own Napa & Sonoma Valleys.

TRAVEL

An avid traveler, Shea has been to 20+ countries and 30+ US states. Her and her husband lived abroad for a period in Hamburg, Germany, during which time they traveled extensively across Europe. She is passionate about hospitality design, luxury hotels, culinary experiences, and all things language & culture.
