With this, Shea holds subject matter expertise in strategic planning and in managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk, procurement & stakeholders.

Shea is the Studio Director & Senior Designer for Dimitra Anderson Home, a residential design firm on the San Francisco Peninsula. Their work has been published six times in four years, including recognition alongside Dimitra as one of Luxe Magazine’s “Next in Design” — a list of the 99 most promising designers nationwide — highlighted for their artful innovation.

Shea studied Interior Design & Architecture at UC Berkeley Extension, where she maintained a 4.0 GPA, and completed design coursework including Fundamentals of Interior Design, Design Principles & Elements, Color Theory, Design Communication I-III, AutoCAD, Revit, Digital Presentation Techniques, Advanced SketchUp, Surface Materials, Kitchen & Bath Design, & Business Practices for Interior Designers.

In previous she spent 10+ years designing and producing special events both nationally and internationally, with a primary focus on food and wine.

An event producer with over 10 years of progressive experience planning flawlessly executed programs, Shea has planned events both globally and in every major US market, including:

  • Nationwide food & beverage events: Wine Australia’s Far From Ordinary Roadshow in six U.S. cities, Atlanta Food & Wine Festival, Wine Riot in New York, Chicago, and Boston, Whisky Extravaganza in ten cities coast-to-coast, and the Charlotte Wine & Food Affair

  • Technology conferences & events: Nice, France, Las Vegas & San Francisco

  • Corporate, Social & Non-profit events: at an experiential & third party planning agencies


Wine & Spirits

Shea holds the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines, earning certification with distinction (honors), a credential recognizing expertise in wine styles, tasting, production, service, and food pairing. An avid traveler, she has explored renowned wine regions including Rioja (Spain), the Douro Valley and Alentejo (Portugal), the Yarra Valley and Mornington Peninsula (Australia), and Northern California—deepening her appreciation for wine and its culture.

Her passions also extend to travel, language, food, art, architecture, and culture—pursuits that shape a global perspective and a natural sense of hospitality she brings to all her endeavors.
